There are currently no laws against nudity in public in Spain, which means that you can go anywhere in the country naked. However, whether this means the residents of Spain would be happy for you to walk in the nude down Las Ramblas is questionable. Knowing when it's appropriate to go clothing-free comes down to understanding the Spanish culture as it relates to being naked. While Spaniards don't find women's breasts taboo like Americans, going fully naked it still considered inappropriate it most public settings. While toplessness isn't really considered taboo in Spain as a whole, some parts of the country are a bit more reserved when it comes to full nudity.

But which ones are really worth your vacation days? Once you do, however, you'll be greeted by a wealth of gorgeous beaches, each of which is nude-friendly. Playa de Ses Illetes is one of the most popular, and with its powdery white sand and azure waters, it's easy to see why. Crete, Greece Crete's known for its staggeringly beautiful beaches, and Filaki's one of the standouts. A secluded stretch of sand stocked with sun beds, umbrellas, and a snack bar, Filaki's only a minute walk from Vritomartis , a naturist resort said to be one of the best in Greece.
